Powerful Communication · DMA Powerful Communication Practicum (PCP) After every coach training we run, clients always feedback to us how they transfer many of the coaching skills they have mastered into their everyday interaction in the workplace and are much more powerful communicators. So it seemed obvious to us to create a specific programme concentrating on Powerful Communication. The PCP is particularly beneficial to supervisors and managers of all levels and especially those with larger teams to manage, or wide breadths of responsibility with different audiences. This is a practicum so it is highly interactive and participants will need to come prepared to give it their all, take risks and also have some fun. During the session we shall introduce up to 5 powerful communication skills, a communication model and a troubleshooting guide. The format is usually 1 day. As always we are to keen to make sure we provide what you need in a way that works for you and your people. Please let us know if a different format (maybe 2 half days, or an extended 2 or 3 day programme) would be better for you. Also, if you have specific needs such as an emphasis on influencing or maybe managing meetings, please ask and we'll see how we can tailor the PCP just for you.
