Training · The DMA Coach Training Programme The DMA Coach Training Programme is for organisations committed to creating or enhancing a coaching culture which will allow their people to play to their strengths and be their best. This comprehensive coach training programme has been especially created to allow for coaching to go live within the business as soon as possible. In addition to advanced coaching skills and techniques, the course also explores and gives practical advice on establishing effective coaching programmes within your own organisation. We draw on our professional wisdom and our own experience in implementing programmes. We have also learnt much from being brought into organisations that have had to learn some of the pitfalls the hard way. Participants will be required to complete fieldwork, exercises and additional reading throughout the duration of the course and can be supported with a dedicated coach and through group teleconference calls. This 8 day course can be delivered in a variety of configurations e.g. 2 four-day training seminars, 4 two-day seminars. We realise this is a significant commitment of time from people so do please ask if you have any special requirements. The DMA Coach Training Programme is perfectly aligned with the International Coach Federations' core competencies, standards and ethics. On successful completion of the programme participants will receive a recognised training certificate that will count towards their ICF accreditation or the ICF continuing professional development requirements.
