A professionally trained
coach and speaker, Elizabeth Ferguson, founder of DMA, is regularly invited to
conferences and organisations around the world including mainland Europe,

- Women and Leadership - a New Reality
This
presentation, also available in seminar format, was created in response to
requests from organisations keen to support their female managers following
staff survey results or diversity project findings.
Elizabeth starts by
exploding some of the limiting perceptions and beliefs of organisations,
society and women themselves that are barriers to becoming leaders.
She
then explores whether organisations, and indeed women, are choosing against
leadership - either at a conscience or subconscious level? And finally, what
can be done to turn this around?
- The Path to Mastery - How we can Learn to Learn
An
intriguing and sometimes amusing exploration of what gets in the way of us
learning and growing and how we can teach ourselves to become masterful
learners. Elizabeth identifies a number of behavioural types which inhibit
learning and demonstrates how we can start to revel in the process of learning
rather than wish the frustration of the 'it's not perfect' stage would hurry up
and be over.
