Mentoring · Executive Mentoring is distinct from coaching in that mentors work only with issues in the business arena. They draw on their experience and knowledge of the business environment to challenge their mentees to think in new ways and to see new perspectives; they will also share their wisdom and advice. Our mentors' goal is to work with their mentees to create workable solutions that can produce sustainable business results. All our mentors have worked as executives in major corporations either here in the UK or overseas. They are all fully trained and have in-house supervision to support them. What makes our mentors special is that they truly understand the difference between coaching and mentoring - and more importantly they know where one ends and the other begins. This means that when a coaching issue pops up in a mentoring session they can immediately refer their mentee to one of our qualified coaches for a short while to resolve that issue, and continue with the mentoring.
