Coaching · Coaching is a highly effective, tailor made way of producing sustainable results and lasting changes in behaviour and performance. It offers a more focused and confidential solution for individuals and can be delivered either face to face, via the telephone, or a mixture of the two. You may be looking for executive coaching for your most senior people, or indeed yourself. These individuals are often your most important and yet it may have been some years since they have benefited from any confidential personal development. Many organisations use a coach to support individuals either prepare for promotion, or to support those recently promoted to get up to speed in the shortest possible time; it's what we call key point coaching. Teams and peer groups benefit from coaching especially during times of change and reorganisation. Coaching accelerates their bonding and working practices, and improves their communication and sense of shared purpose. In the coaching profession it is well recognised that coaches need to have a supervisor, have a look at our coaching supervision if you have individuals working as coaches inside your organisation or have or are considering establishing a coaching faculty. At DMA, all our coaches are professionally trained (minimum 200 hours) and are International Coach Federation qualified. They are delivering coaching as we speak. They all also have their own independent coach and supervisor as well as receiving supervision and support from senior coaches at DMA. We are passionate about delivering excellent coaching, on the client's agenda, in the most effective way, every time, face to face or by telephone.
