DMA's whole approach is about
listening to our clients, striving to understand what they need and delivering
that in the way the client wants. We can only do that as well as we do because
we have a hand picked team who are all committed to this ethos and are uniquely
talented in their area.
Our team is comprised of coaches,
consultants, mentors and specialists who have a niche expertise. At the moment,
we have 26 on the team in 3 continents and 10 countries.
· Elizabeth
Ferguson, MCC ·
Elizabeth founded DMA in 1997 after a 15 year fast track career in
the world of financial services. Having trained as a professional coach she was
the first European to be awarded the ICF's Professional Certified Coach
designation, and became a Master Certified Coach (at the time one of only 3 in
Europe) 18 months later. She has undertaken over 400 hours of coach specific
training, including a post graduate diploma in Ontological Coaching, and has
delivered 4000 hours of coaching.
A past president of the ICF in the UK,
Elizabeth's passion around standards in the coaching profession has led her to
be Chair of the ICF International Credentialing Committee which is responsible
for setting the standards for coaching around the world. She is also a trained
assessor for the professional exam panel. Elizabeth and her team have trained
and mentored over 1000 coaches world-wide and she is a recognised leader in her
field.

Our coaches are
all trained and independently qualified through the International Coach
Federation (ICF). This means they have all undertaken at least 125
hours of coach specific training, delivered a minimum of 750 hours of coaching,
and have successfully completed rigorous written and oral exams. Every 3 years
the ICF requires them to reapply for their qualification. We believe it is
important for our coaches to speak our clients' 'language' and so they all have
business backgrounds at senior levels in major organisations.

Our consultants
all have business backgrounds and experience which they draw on. Because
we do business through conversation, our consultants will not just sweep in and
tell you what to do. They will spend time getting to know you and your business
and help you create solutions that will work in your environment. They are used
to weaving together what they have seen work before with innovative new
solutions which are right for you.

Our mentors have
been senior executives themselves and are well able to quickly relate to the
issues their mentees bring to the table. All our mentors are fully trained and
supervised, and most importantly know the difference between mentoring and
coaching. By knowing their limitations they do not stray into areas for which
they are not trained, but will instead hand off to one of our coaches if
necessary.

Our specialists
include licensed assessors, BPS level A and level B's and organisational
development specialists. If we identify that a particular specialist might add
extra value we will suggest it. Often we find organisations have plenty of data
already at their fingertips and we would much rather work with what you already
have than create yet more.

least, the team in the office who make everything run like clockwork.
They delight in giving you a warm welcome and making things as easy as
possible. They are professionals in their own right and it shows; there is not
a single client who hasn't commented on how warm, friendly and efficient they
always are. |
